Skincare Reboot

We all need a skincare reboot every now and then, especially if you’re concerned about lines and wrinkles. Beauty expert Chi-Lan Lieu and dermatologist Dr. Sonia Batra join The Doctors to share tips about the best skincare products to choose for your reboot.

Chi-Lan Lieu recommends:

  • A mild cleanser day and night
  • A moisturizer with SPF to counteract premature aging
  • A serum if lines and wrinkles are a concern

Dr. Batra says that anti-aging is a very common concern with her patients. And even though there’s no magic fountain of youth, there are things we can do to help with the appearance of lines and wrinkles.

Serums help with lines and wrinkles because they have a high concentration of active ingredients that replenish the skin. One of those active ingredients is peptides, which help stimulate collagen production and increase elastin. This makes skin look younger and firmer. Dr. Batra also says that eating right, staying hydrated, getting plenty of rest and staying active all work together to improve our skin’s look and feel.

Dr. Batra recommends No7 Protect & Perfect Intense Advanced serum. It's backed by science and is clinically proven to reduce the appearance of lines and wrinkles in just four weeks with results that continue to get better over time.
