Large Pores
Do you wish you could reduce the size of your large pores? The Doctors have solutions!

Dermatologist Dr. Sandra Lee reveals the Spectra Laser, a dual-pulse ND:Yag Laser that is traditionally used to treat tattoos and pigmented lesions, as a way to improve pore size. A lotion containing small carbon particles is first applied to the skin. “When you apply this, it seeps down into your larger pores and it allows you to treat [an affected] area,” Dr. Lee says. “What this laser is doing is it’s targeting pigment.”

Dr. Lee performs the treatment on Amanda , who wants to reduce the size of her large pores.

Relationship Rut
Spencer and Melanie tied the knot six months ago, and since the honeymoon phase ended, they have fallen into a “comfortable rut.”

“I love my husband,” Melanie says. “But, it would be great if he could spice things up a bit.”

The couple turns to The Doctors for help in bringing the flirty romance back to their relationship.

Sexologist Dr. Sari Locker, author of The Complete Idiot’s Guide to Amazing Sex, joins The Doctors via telephone, to offer solutions to the young couple.

“In order to incorporate flirting and break your rut, you really need to stimulate your mind as well as your body,” Dr. Locker says. “First of all, think sexy to get in a sexy frame of mind. Think about how it feels when fingertips stroke your thigh, or what your lover looks like at his or her sexiest. Keep sexy thoughts in your mind and that will help boost your desire.

“Next, have long-distance foreplay all day when you’re partner’s at work,” Dr. Locker continues. “Tempt your partner with sexy text messages or Post-It notes with love messages to help titillate him, and help turn yourself on for the whole day, too.

Sleep Tips

“Finally, when you are together, make out for at least five minutes before you do anything else sexually,” Dr. Locker adds. “Don’t have expectations. No pressure that you’ll have sex. Just kiss like you did when you were dating. And also remember the power of touch. So, whenever you can, stroke your partner’s hair or sit closely together on the couch. Those little types of flirtations, I think, will do much more to bring back your desire than giving cards and flowers.”

Accidental Poisonings
