Freeze Fat Away
Are you fighting stubborn love handles or an unsightly muffin top? Get rid of the unwanted fat without undergoing surgery! Coolsculpting
by Zeltiq is a non-invasive treatment that freezes fat cells and dissolves them. They are then absorbed and digested by the body, leaving you with a slimmer look over time.

"The fat is dissolved gradually, so it's not an instantaneous thing," dermatologist Dr. Glynis Ablon says. "No cutting. No surgery. It's great for minor pockets."

Susie, 35, undergoes the procedure to remove a pouch of fat on her stomach that she couldn't burn off with exercise and diet.
"It doesn't hurt, or anything," Susie says. "It feels like a massage."

Caring for Newborn's Belly Button
"What happens with the belly button, basically, the OB/GYN cuts the umbilical cord, and what's left is a little, mucousy stump," Dr. Sears says. "Over the next one, to two, to three weeks, that stump will dry up and fall off, and then you get a nice, little belly button.

"But what's important is how to take care of it," he adds.

• Use water to clean. If a doctor recommends using rubbing alcohol to clean it, apply lotion before cleaning with alcohol, to reduce irritation.
Look for redness around the belly button. If the area becomes red, swollen or full of puss, it can be a sign of infection, and you should see your doctor.
Don't pull on the stump, let it fall off on its own.
Leave it open. Don't let a diaper or clothes cover it, because it can cause irritation.
