Im a mother of two.  Very much active with work and I work with red cross under the disaster management service.  Currently I'm focus on training for disaster preparedness and prevention in the vulnerable communities in the Philippines.  This is one reason that i need to get all the medical advise and tips since I am very much expose to all possible conditions in the different commun ities that I go to.
