About Me

I am a Nutrition and Natural Health Consultant. I own and operate my own business Managed ME. www.managedego.com The "M.E." in the name stands for Managed Ego. Ego means self.

Our mission is to assist people in their pursuit of health and fitness. We are dedicated to providing our customers with current and pertinent information on fitness and nutrition and natural health. Our uniquely designed programs are catered towards the individual, with our commitment to the highest standards of personal service. We aim to have fun while setting and achieving life goals.

We understand the importance of value, thus we consistently and consciously work toward providing the most comfortable environment possible for you to enjoy. Our workshops and programs are designed viewing each person as an individual that can learn from others, and also share so that others can learn from them.

I love meeting new people and learning from them. I am a very curious person and love to know what makes everyone and everything tick.

I have 3 great children and I am engaged to a great guy. We hope to get married soon.

I am continuing my education and enjoying the fall weather. I am not looking forward to winter.

I am beautiful at 40, losing weight for my health and my wardrobe!!!
