I have been having very bad lower back pain for about three months straight.   I have had this before, but it's come and gone.   But this time it's lasted all these months.    I do have Vit D deficiency and think that can cause this. Anyone here who has had/has Vit D def with lower back pain?   Has taking the Vit D helped at all??   ugh.  really don't want to go to the doctor's AGAIN!
