Back Pain!

I have been having very bad lower back pain for about three months straight.   I have had this before, but it's come and gone.   But this time it's lasted all these months.    I do have Vit D deficiency and think that can cause this. Anyone here who has had/has Vit D def with lower back pain?   Has taking the Vit D helped at all??   ugh.  really don't want to go to the doctor's AGAIN!

thanks for the comment on my  blog. It just hurts so bad.  i told him to leave last night.I see my counsler monday. he refused to leave.  Im trying so hard to figure this out in my head.

Hi, Anon, I saw your post about your niece.  That would be really interesting if she does have low vit D.  How great would that be to not have to live the rest of her life dealing with bipolar disorder if she is D deficient and gets it corrected so young!!

I am now taking 50,000mg per wk for 12 wks.. I have very high hopes now.. I am so excited!!!
