gluten/caesin/soy intolerant, help!

Just found out I am gluten/giladin intolerant (may have Celiac Disease).  My doctor told me to avoid soy because it has the exact same molecular structure as wheat with the exception of one little tiny piece of the molecule!! I cannot find anything to substantiate this. He even wants me to avoid dairy. So restrictive and hard to find things that are GFCFSF (gluten/casein/soy free). HELP, please!!

I used to be a dietitian but havent kept up with it in years.  But it might be very helpful to find one who can guide you in the right direction.  Did your doc give you a list of foods you can eat or anything?  It is a very restrictive diet, you are right.  I'd consider a mltivitamin also IMO.

Even though i may not have celiac disease, I might have some of the gluten allergy. Even though my doctor thinks it's just IBS for now. I know another doctor told me that i might have it because i was tested positive on the blood test even though upper endoscopy was normal. If i do better with a gluten free diet, i may not have IBS.  I'm trying to stay away from wheat too. I'm part on a gluten free diet. I know that it's hard and it's hard for me too even though there's a store that carries many glute free products but it's so expensive. I'm only able to get few things like cereal, cheese, pancakes. I want to get a bread but it's so dry and hard. i don't know how people can eat it.
