Hi,

well I'll be 32 this comming March and I just had my 5th baby three months ago. Im happily married, and my children are great. My oldest is 12. Ive never been one to stick with working out, I always lost the weight having my children pretty fast. But not working out or watching what I eat has taken a toll on me. At first glance one would say I am out of my mind, but for myself I know my problem areas, which Im glad I can be descrete about. Its my legs. That seems to be the only place I carry weight. It has always been a problem area but now its just unbearable for me to continue on this way without doing something about it. It seems to me that the fat cells have just compressed and the cellulite is unthinkable for someone my size. Being that I have never really worked out I would love to stick with it for a change and see my legs transform. That in itself would be a miricale. And also being healthy for my children and husband. I seem to have really low energy and also have alot of health conditions which I know its what has caused my combination of fat, bad skin, joint problems, being tired and irritable. So I may not be intirely big but I do have target areas that would make me feel a whole lot better if I tried my best. Im so excited about this whole new way of thinking. I ordered the book, diet book and workout dvd. cant wait to get it in the mail. but Ive already started working out and eating better. Wish me luck and also good luck to all of you.
