I developed a geographical tongue when i was a teenager and this stops me from enjoying foods I like because it burns my tounge. For example, I can not have orange juice or eat pineapple etc.  This condition comes and goes with or without stress in my life. My concern is that my geo tongue could be getting in the way of my vitamin intake.    I have met very few people that have this condition. Water makes my tongue feel better.
