Hi, Maybe somebody can help me with my problem..
I have had my period non stop since feb 3 09 and it is still going, The dr put me on birth control in december to help regulate and help dissolve my cysts..But instead I just bleed and I went and had an ultrasound done and I have a cyst 2.4cm on my right ovary!!!!I thought it was supposed to help get rid of them not give me them....

I have never heard of that.I will have to look it up. When I started the Yaz I read the package insert and it seemed ok..it didn't say that i could cause unusual bleeding or anything like that and I read online the other day that it can cause unusual bleeding chest and leg pain..I thought I was having a heart attack I went to my regular dr and he told me that I had acid reflux...Come to find out it's the birth control...
Hi Amber, I did not know that birth control pills dissolved cysts? I thought they were
only used to regulate your cycle. If what they recommended isn't working give them
a call an tell them your concerns. They, that did the ultrasound should have explained
everything to you, have you seen your dr. since? Sludge
