Not knowing what is wrong

I find it so frusterating when I turn to my Dr & get dismissed because they can't find anything diagnostically wrong, when it's obvious there is something clinically wrong.  I have been nauseated for the last 2 weeks, add abdominal pain and vomiting for the last week, and a complete loss of appetite, followed by diarreha the last 2 days.  I've had an abdominal CT, and a bunch of blood work.
