I have had a hard week. Hurt my back on Tuesday so haven't been able to exercise at ALL...I miss it to. It has even been hard to walk much. But it is getting better and don't think I will have to go to Dr. Thank goodness. I'm on Cycle 2 Day 15 now. Lost 8 lbs on cycle 1 and only 2 since then. Trying not to get discouraged...see, I said trying...but it is a little tough right now...hopefully I will be back to normal..(.who am I kidding I've never been normal..lol...) hopefully my back will be better next week and I can get back to exercising...have a great day everyone.

Hang in there. If you hurt your back, you can't really do anything until that is healed as far as exercise. You seem to be losing a little. So keep up the good work and maintain. If you have to go back on cycle 1 after cycle 3, you will be able to step up the loss again!
