Hi, yes I have done acupuncture for headaches and low back pain.  It works like a charm except for me she said it would take at least 12 appts to totally get rid of the headaches.  I found that I needed more than 12 a nd couldn;t afford it anymore.  On the other hand, my sister;s friend goes to one to balance out hormones...she kept miscarrying and whe she went to the acupucturist once or twice a week for a bit (not sure how long) and throughout her pregnancy, and she was able to get pregnant and have healthy children.  IMO I'd try the acupuncture for hormones instead    of hormone shots.

Thanks, I have been looking into trying it and at this point Im up for trying anything to help get me back to my life before all of this started. Im just not sure if I have enough money at the moment.

I know what you mean about the money..it takes a lot of money if you really want it to work because it takes many appts to get to the point you want to, and then there is the maintenance.

Ya, I have an appointment tomorrow with and acupuncturist for an examination which is going to take 1 1/2 hours to complete and then I will find out what treatments they can give me. I will have to wait and see what sort of treatments I will need, how often I will need them, and how much they will cost to see if i can afford it at the moment. With school and everything else going on in my life right now Im just not sure I will be able to afford it.
