I am a single mother of a 5yr old and I am 45!  I recently had open heart surgery to replace my aortic valve that progressively deteriorated.  I also have severe fibromyalgia and struggle with that everyday.

I am a happy go lucky person with a great sense of humor.  My daughter is the same so life is fun with her.  She is like a mini me! I live for her!

My brother recently passed away suddenly.  Three weeks after my open heart surgery, he dropped dead from an aortic anneurism (sp?)  Pretty ironic isn't it.  My mother is a healthy 88 but don't ask her! 

I try so hard to be healthy so I love to learn everything about taking care of our bodies.  I do not always follow but I try.  That is why I try to watch your show as much as I can.
