some1 please help

i used to run alot 6day a week 12 mile a day ,now i got myself injury .achilles tendonitis heel and my joint very painful i've stop running for 2month now and gain so much weight , i bought new shoe and insole i tried to run still hurt , my boyfriend said hes tired of waiting for me to lose weight  i think he going to dump me if i dont lose weight soon.....
