About Me

    I'm a stay at home wife.  I don't have any children so I have no defense for the weight I've put on since I got married two and a half years ago.  That would be about seventy five pounds.  I would like to be 140-150 pounds ideally.  I want to be more active but the more weight I gain the more it hurts to work out.  I have a gym membership that i rarely use.  I want to be a better me.
