I am a 55 year old disabled grandmother. I live with my daughter and her family. Let's me get alot of time with my 8 year old Grandson. Use to do lots of arts and crafts. but i am now limited to what i can do or for how long.

I have RSD and I wonder what everyone else with this is doing for the pain etc. Also wonder if any of the Doctor's have any advice about do's and don't things to do to help. I am 55 years old and with this I feel like 100.
