Well...Hellloooo, How are you. Hope you're doing better. I've been misdiagnosed with psychiatric problems. I have something similar to M.S. (Multiple Sclerosis). I've learned to live with it by looking on the "light side of life". Please don't injure yourself anymore. There are answers, but they can be very hard to find. I've been disabled for over 30 years. One doctor told me to join the M.S. Society but don't think I have it.  Later on I was having problems--dizziness and falling-- he sent me to the emergency room. That doctor asked me why I was in a wheel-chair. I replied, I can't walk. He said I know that!! I told him the other doctor told me to join the MS Society but don't believe I have it. He said Oh, you have M.S.!! LOL. 30 years later I've had many diagnoses, including MS., diabetic neuropathy etc. Now I'm seeing a pain specialist who says she doesn't believe I have either one. I am a diabetic, but both legs have atrophied, one leg is much smaller in size than the other. That rules out diabetic neuropathy. I enjoy theraputic horseback riding, my pets-- 2 birds. One is a 19 year old cockatiel named Hot Shot, and the other is a little spice finch named looking glass. I take care of a neighbor's dog, a jack russell terrier when she goes shopping. I get quite a few laughs from his actions. He's bonded to both of us. Drop me a line if you want to. I'm here to help if I can. Your new friend, horsecrazy!!!

Hi there first I want to say I love your picture....can't help but make you smile.

When I was younger I had the same dx as you do...I also had Social Phobia...I had some great Doctors who worked very hard to help me.

I couldn't leave my house...would not answer  the phone  ++++++. All these simple things caused the worse panic attacks,,I was almost paralized.. With the help of many caring people...I got past it..I thought I never would !

Thank god for people who care..I went on to beome a Psychiatric R.P.N. I loved the job, and felt I helped many people and understood their issues a little more as I had grappled with some of the same issues myself.

All the best to you..sounds like you already know you can do anything you work towards.

Good luck :)

Hey,

No I haven't lived in Norway but I have friends who do.  I lived in Finland for 3 years, playing hockey in the Women's League.  I was also married but after my divorce I moved back to Canada.  As I was born to Finnish parents, I still have citizenship with Finland so travelling and living in both countries is easy for me.

Hello,

I suffer from Anxiety and Panic Attacks also, plus depression. I take Lexapro for both, the anxiety attacks hold me back from doing a lot of things. Lately I have been having them while just sitting around my house, they can be very debilitating. I understand how you are feeling. You might want to go see your dr. about it. Take care and hope you feel better soon,

Cindy
