well the Saw is a very outstanding horrer movie.i sometimes wonder how do they build such a believable scenes!

they truely did a hell of a job out there!

Thanks for the motivation.....I love getting out to walk, but can't over-do it because of the damage that was done during the first 2 surgeries on my hip.  I can try but when I force it i run into problems.  But I appreciate the encouragement!  I will make a point to get out everyday though!  How are you these days?

thanks for the advise. my injury is a herniated disk in the L4 L5. i had surgery last july. they removed it and put in pins ans screws to let the bones fuse back together. i want to try and start exersising again. so i just do not know where to start with this kind of condition. thank you for any advise you can give me
