Paula here~excited to be a part of your Internet audience.  I record you everyday and learn so much from your varied topics and interesting guests.  What I like about your show is that it is real! Real problems, real solutions, real interest in your subjects.  Too, I trust you to keep on top of the issues that face the us today, be it smooth skin or sick babies. 

As a retired high school English teacher, I now have the time to take care of myself, yet I find that my motivation wanes.  Your flat belly diet has me once again trying to make good choices.  Wish me luck doctors.
