I'm sorry to hear about your troubles.  The fatigue dizziness and heart issues can be caused by lyme - they can also be caused by a number of other things including ear and heart issues. If you are having other weird things that you haven't mentioned in the post you might want to check into lyme.  I have lyme links on my profile which might help - click Cooter anywhere in blue.  Lyme can hit almost every organ, Brain, heart, GI, muscles, skin, eyes.... etc.
