I take Lexapo too. I have had bad anxeity/panic attacks for 10+ years, it is a defanetly very devistating condition. I also suffer from depression and Lexapro helps both. My dr. started me out on 20 mg. I gained quite a bit a weight on it, but he did want to change it. This doesn't mean that everyone that takes it will have the same side effects from it. 

But when it was refilled it was only 10 mg. so I went with it, but my anxiety has came back. I have always have social anxiety.
