As far as the B-12 deficiency, I do 1000mcg Intra Muscular injections weekly, along with Intra muscular magnesium injections and intra muscular Thiamine( B-1) injections.  B-1 (thiamine) also plays a big roll in muscular pain, as that is what i use it for! I take 100mg injection daily of B-1 and it really does lessen the amount of muscle pain and arthritis pain I have!  You might want to try increasing your intake of B-1 to see of it helps you at all.  Anyway, thanks for commenting on my post-and I wish you the best.
