Have you seen an orthopaetic surgeon. Sounds like you could have a pinched nerve. I had some same things going on. I had herniated disc ended up having 3 plates put in my neck. I feel so much better. Sometimes when I would lay down my arms would go numb and feel heavy. If you get a chance read my profile.
