Thanks for the invitation!  Atlanta....that's a few miles from Salt Lake City.  How nice to meet you.  I'm new to internet.  We've had it for only about a month.  Can you imagine coming out of the dark ages so recently?  It's nice to hear you're into fitness.  That's another of my new efforts....at least the first in many years.  I'm sore today.  Day before yesterday I took a deep breath and jumped into the deep end of the pool, which would be no big deal for anyone else, but I haven't done such a thing in 35 years.  There was a panicy moment when I discovered those years and extra pounds had changed my relationship with water.  But then we made friends and it was awesome!  I was back for more yesterday after my workout.  Pretty soon I will look less like an egg with legs.
