On Jan. 10, 2012 episode, we were supposed to learn "the exact amount of water to lose weight".    The show did not contain that information.  How can I obtain that information?

I'm 66 years old at one time I was very heavy in weight an turned toward bodybuilding and weight loss, thanks to my partner, I learned how to eat right, and workout to build muscles where once there was fat. Granted I still have a long way to go for body cut and get ripped, but I'm dedicated to do so before I hit 72 yrs old.

Besides exercising with weight 5 days per week and doing a split routine I manage to do my cardio by walking after my meals to burn off any build up fats so my workout are up to perfection. So whether your 14 or 70 yrs old its never to late to build muscle and trim down your weight, you'll look and feel younger. There's no excuse to getting your dream body, get off the couch or push away from the table an do it. I did it so can you.

I hope I got the picture problem corrected. Also, I can not find the TV Show on my local stations. Anderson is playing where they use to be in Hampton Roads area of SE Virginia.
