Hi, tamann here...new to this site. I live in the NE part of PA. I live with my husband Ray, daughter Valerie, Buster (cat) and dog Hershey.

I have let my Bi-polar...(have been depressed for over two years) Fibromyalgia and Achalacia (paralized esophagus in which my food goes down by gravity) take over my life to the point where I have given up on just about everything including the fight to go on. I am taking a step in a new direction today to help myself find a better quality of life. So in turn, a happier family life. My friends Angie and Rob watch the Dr.'s Show just about everyday and have been telling me how GREAT it is, for quite some time. So, here I am today, 2/8/10, taking the first step at a better guality of life for my family and me.

I collect cows, like to watch love, action and comedy movies...a few evening TV programs. I also, like to listen to a varity of music. Not much else to say right now, but, I'll be back. tamann
