Pills! Pills! Pills! it seems to me that I consume more pills than food....I have a bad heart, Very High Cholestrol and can't get it down. It just won't go away. I was told by my Cardio- that I am producing it rapidly. He is trating it agressively in hope that i can bring it down to 200 within 2months. it is now 328 auh!

Can anyone tell me how to do this? IThe little that I eat I make sure it is Healthy foods.
