I see the giveaways on the show and wish I were there to get a few.  That flat belly diet sounded good.  No sit ups!  I'm on oxygen due to COPD but I want to get rid of my belly. My exercise is limited to the Nu-step, bike, and treadmill.  It's not making me any flatter!
