I need some advice on Irritiable Bowel Syndrome, (IBS). I was diagnosed 5 yrs ago and have been suffering from it ever since.  I take high powered anti-diarreal medication for it but it doesn't always help.  I am not sure if I need to change my diet or maybe there is medication out there for this that I don't know about.  Please Help.
