Thank you for the comment. my period doesn't last that long though. it's usually over 3 or 4 days.

After posting a message or picture, if it does not show up immediately, please try refreshing your browser instead of clicking the "Add Comment" button again.  . This will prevent duplicate posts.

If you find that you have accidentally posted the same message multiple times you can remove the duplicate posts yourself by clicking DELETE to the left of the extra post. 

I have removed the duplicate posts this time.
