Hey, KathPA:

I did get my car fixed.  My guardian angel paid for it.  It was a lot of money, but I'll pay her back.  I just don't have the air fixed.  That will probably come next year when I can save up for it.  That is, if I survive the summer.  Yesterday, it was getting a little warm, but the day before, it was cool.  I mean temperature wise and also neat wise.  The clouds were hanging really low and it got up to 80 degrees for the high.  I was so happy because I had my car back and I didn't have to use the air.  Being a weather spotter, I was hoping for some rain, but, oh, well.  Hopefully we'll get some when the monsoon season gets here June 15th.   Oops.  I looked in my rain gauge and it did rain about a quarter inch.  It must have been -- it was, I guess -- during the night.

Well, got to go.  My girlfriend's daughter just had a baby yesterday and she is probably going to call today and tell me all about it.  I can't be on the computer and talk on the phone at the same time because I don't have the money to have a second line.  So, hope to talk to you soon.  Have a good weekend.

Oops:

I guess I stuttered.  Didn't mean to.

Hi, KathPA:

I uploaded some new photos of my family on my profile you can look at if you want.

What are you going to do this long weekend?  I don't know what I'll do.  It's supposed to get warmer.  Today was 80 degrees!!!!!  It was just so wonderful.  I went to Wal-Mart to get a fan and personal fans for the car as my A/C compressor locked up and, therefore, I don't have any A/C.  I think I'm probably repeating myself, so I'll quit.  But, I will make it through the summer.  I'm at least hoping.  That way, I can save up for next year's summer and get the A/C.

Have a good, long weekend.

Hi, KathPA:

I think I started this, but I got distracted.

How many siblings do you have?  I have one brother who is 9-1/2 years older than I am.  He lives in Maryland with his wife and his son and his family live about twenty minutes away.  My brother lives in Lanham and my nephew lives in College Park.   Kimberly's parents lived in Laurel, Maryland which is about the same driving time from the kids, only in the northeast direction rather than the southeast.

I'm going to try and upload those pictures of my family which were taken in 2007.  Since I don't know if they will tell who they are under the pictures, I'll tell you like I did this time.

How long are you going to keep Molly?  How old is she?

Talk later.  I've done a lot today and I'm getting ready to crash big time.  Thanks for the kind words.  It's so funny, but on my email, when it says "KathPA has something to say to you," or anyone has something to say to me, I'm afraid I might have said something wrong and someone is going to come back at me in a negative way.  I'm extremely sensitive, but everything I've read from anyone since I've been blogging has been positiive.  You don't know how good that makes me feel, that I'm worth something.

Have a great week.

Anne

I don't know if I gave it to you or not in my other blog, but my email is annes144@earthlink.net, if you want it.

Hi:

I just wanted to say that I uploaded some pictures to my profile if you'd like to see them.  The first one is of my Lupus award for my pavement pounding trying to get contributions for our Lupus walk.  The next one is of my best friend, Melanie, who is on the right and I'm on the left in the yellow shirt.  The next two are of my four-legged kids, that being Rambo and last, but certainly not least, Squeaky.  I love them too much.

I hope you are having a good day today and will have a good week.

annes,

Sorry to hear about your car.  I know about fixing up old clunkers to get myself from point A to point B.  Been there done that.  Air Conditioning is an essential in hot weather.  Your brother sounds very practical, but practical doesn't always work in real life.  His idea will not work in that, you have to do what you must do in the way that time and the business you must conduct demands.  Many businesses are not open early in the morning or late at night.  If you have an appointment with a doctor, I doubt he will see you at 6 am or 6 pm.  I doubt the bank will open its doors for you either.  I suppose an idea might be a bus or a cab, but the cab might be an expensive idea.  Good luck to you with your car.

Hi:

I hope you're having a good day, if you are or are not a mother.  I'm doing all right.  My car is in the shop for a LONG, LONG time until I can get money to get it out of there.  The A/C compressor locked up on it.  It wouldn't take a jump, et cetera, so that's only $1,400.00 or a little less and I, for sure, don't have that on disability.  I hate to give up my car.  My brother thinks I can drive without air conditioning.  Just go out early morning and late in the evening.  We'll see.  I'll get fans for the windows and put wet fabric strips on them and I also have water bottles with fans on them, sort of like a mini-mister.  So, we'll see.  It can get to 118 here, so I may not be real happy about that.

If you want, my email is annes144@earthlink.net
