I read your comment answering someones question about second hand marijuana and tobacco smoke and I would like to ask you to stop spreading nonsense on the internet. Yes, there are a TON of chemicals in cigarrett smoke, but they ARE NOT multiplyed after the smoke is inhaled. The lungs absorb a great deal of the harmful chemicals, and the smoke that comes out is less dangerous than when it went in. The smoke comming off the cig is what you ahve to worry about. The same is true with marijuana. While the chemicals in marijuana are largly unknown, the ones that we are aware of do not have any negative effect. It has NOT been proven that the most active ingredient in marijuana (tetra-hydra-cannabinol) can alter the development of the brain, although studies have suggested it. The effects of the marijuana second hand smoke is largley dependent on the device used to consume it. Please stop influencing people unless you FULLY know what your talking about. Im only 14 and i believe I have more medical knowlage than you.

Hope you are well.  I am quite sure you are busy, and with hurricane season beginning does that mean you will be even busier?  I haven't been on-line much myself.  One of my grand-daughters is playing softball this spring, my older daughter wants to plant a garden in my backyard, and I went three weeks with a migraine.

Hello Grandma Joyce....Grandma Peggye here!!

We share many interests and hobbies!  Weather spotter not one of them however!    Our area is gearing up for Relay weekends.  I am in Beaufort County (NC), our is last of this month.  Usually I am team captain and I love the weekend but not doing anything this year.  But will hopefully be there anyway.

Tonite is first nite I have been on here in couple of weeks--have had migraines!  Read your question.  Will send e-mail to you Thursday.

Aren't grand-daughters just the sweetest!  I have four Jasmine 12, Emily 11, Britnay 12, and Kayla 2.  First time hearing those words you are going to be a grandma caught me by surprise (But I am not that old I said) and so I had two daughters and a daughter-in-law all pregnant at the same time, all three older girls are about 6 mos difference in ages.  Makes my world a happier place!!  So proud would love to show pics but can't without asking permission first and I know what that answer would be NO!

Thanks for sending me your e-mail address.  I would like to hear more about your FMS work as support group educator and your CFS and have questions so will have to e-mail you because I always write too much on this thing and have to keep editing out.

I too am mom, grandma, but an ex-wife.  My blog doesn't have much on it.  Should up-date it but have been doing lots of research on CFS!  Bound to be a cause or a treatment.

Hurray for swimming.  What an accomplishsment.  I was just beginning swimming lessions at 56 when our instructor had to take some time off.  Water aerobics was good therapy and good social therapy.

Sometimes on the weekends and during heavy traffic times it takes a longer for the posts to appear on the site.
