Hi, Billiefaye ~

When I started a year ago there were 4 doctors in the state of Ohio that did this and I just checked again and there are three listed at www.sottopellelife.com. Looks like the one in Dayton may have moved. My physician is Dr. Linda Evans, MD and she is in Cincinnati (northern - not too far from Mason, the Kings Island area). These are the physicians in Ohio:

Linda Evans, MD  www.lindaevansmd.com

8261 Cornell Rd. Suite 610

Cincinnati, OH 45249

513-985-0950

(*What I initially did was "google" all of the doctors, and I wasn't happy with the information that came up on one of them, narrowed it to the 2 closest, Dr. Evans in Cincinnati and the doctor in Toledo. I think there was only about a 20 minute difference in the two and I feel more comfortable with female ob-gyns. I LOVE Dr. Evans and her staff. A sweet doctor and very comfortable atmosphere.)

Bruce S. Worrell, D.O.

(2 locations in Cincinnati: 513-229-9355 and 513-522-2220)

James Roberts, MD

3110 West Central Avenue

Toledo, OH  43606

419-531-4235

My last visit to Dr. Evans office I picked-up extra brochures. If you would like me to send you one I'd be happy to - if you don't want to post your mailing address here just send it to my private email address: gsama7789@yahoo.com

I would be happy to give you any information I can. It has been a positive life-changing experience. I hope you read my story on my profile.

Do you not worry about the risk of cancer with the hormone therapy?

I have heard about the testosterone for women and wondered about it.

I never took any type of HRT because when I had my complete hysterectomy in my 30's that is when they had just started telling women how dangerous it was. I am now 42. The last six months have been horrible and I'm wondering if it is due to hormones. Don't know if it lasts this long but I figure if I was thrown into menopause early and now I am in "natural" menopause (joy of all joys) my hormones have to be out of whack.

In October 2008 my Vit. D levels were so low they put me on 50,000 IU of Vit. D daily for three months. That is apparently resolved.

In December 2008 I had MRSA, never could find out why. Hadn't been in the hospital. That took a toll on me.

February 2009, head pain for going on three months now, 3 ER visits, 5 day hospital stay, every test you can imagine. Got out and my PCP thinks I had meningitis at some point, (I don't run fevers ever), now I have brain seizures and am sleeping even less.

Something is wrong and I know how you feel, most doctors do NOT listen to us.

Wasn't there some kind of cream talked about on the show too? I missed the show but show a short video and thought that was what Robin was talking about, can you tell me more about that?

Thanks so much for the info. and for listening to me gripe.
