Hi. Hope you are feeling a little better today! I am just coming off of a whopper of a headache. I still feel some pain; but by far, much better!!!! You said that you were diagnosed with Pseudo Tumor Ceberli. Did your doctor ever tell you what that is? Are you taking any meds for your pain? I lay down with a huge ice-pack that covers most of my head and an eye mask (also an ice-pack). I have more than one of each, so that when the coolness wears off, I can go and put those back in the freezer and take out another set. And on it goes over and over again.
