Hi, I forgot to add the IBS to my status, maybe that is cause I want to forget???  The FMS, CFS is more than enough. 

Anyway, I wanted to say GO GIRL on what you are trying to do.  The horse thing. I could not walk when I would get off the horse, so I quickly retreated and was NOT the SD cowgirl my father was hoping for. Early in the teens it was apparent horses were not for me. I am at the point that a stationary bike is not my friend either!

Be careful with what you take, you have such an interesting entanglement of conditions. Do you do other PT/OT things that help?
