Hey girl, how are you? I imagine things can be tough for you at times but you sound like a strong soul. If you have a bad day, it's not a big deal. Sometimes we need a relase, I know I do sometimes. When you look in the mirror look at that pretty lady who is a survivor and a wonderful mother. you are blessed to have children. I suppose the man upstairs had other plans for me as I had a hysterectomy when I was 25. I'm now 46. at least i have my dog Buster. He is great company for me and one silly dog.
I've been out of touch and just wanted to catch up with everyone. No I am not brave for diving, crazy but not brave, LOL. It is a fact most shark attacks happen to people other than divers, like surfers or kayakers (SP?), people close to shore. People have to make sure they are not around seals or what the sharks like to eat. We just watched a show on people who survived shark attacks, everyone was near the shore! As a diver you have to use some common sense too. I have learned that by messing with an octopus, I wanted my husband to film him so i was blocking him off with my flashlight, that thing grabbed it and my arm I went crazy! I also was stung by an electric ray. I watched my husband pick up several rays, so I thought I would try it, the one I picked was an electric ray! I freaked out more than it hurt me, bet I wont' do that again. LOL
It is a pleasure to be your friend, thank you for the request. I am so proud of you! You are one STRONG woman! My husband had 2 heart attacks, and finally a bypass. I was never so scared out of my mind. I didn't leave the hospital either time. The 1st time he had a stent, the second time he wasn't so lucky. He had a bypass. He had it 3 years ago when he was 51. All I can say is God knew you could handle the hand he gave you and it sounds like you are doing well. You brought tears to my eyes when I read your profile. It really touched me. This forum had really helped me with my selfestem and depression. I'm here if you need someone to lean on. I love this site, everyone is so nice.
wish I had children, but when I was 25 I had to have a hysterectomy. However, I did foster kids, my heart was broken when they left. However, I was able to experience the 8 month old boy, 2 year old gilr and potty trained her, and a sweet 4 year old girl who was molested by a previous FOSTER PARENT!!! I had all of the little ones at one time, they were siblings. Prior to them I had a 12 and 14 yr old boys. Oh how different they are when they get older. Take care and write to me. Rita
I wanted to let all of my buddies know I am still here, just sooo much happening of course all at once. I watch the show everday though, smiles, would love to hear from all of you still. Take care :-)

Well, glad your back with us and doing well...ttyl
Sorry I haven't been on in a while, I was going through a bit of chaos up here in the North, I was doing the Mom protecting the kids thing. It usually does take something big to teach us whats important in life and whats not (or what can wait) Im sorry to hear your husband had passed, I hope you do take each day and cherish every moment, good and bad...they are all learning experiences. Thanx for sending a shout out to me, take care and hopefully the sun will peek out for ya!! :) tjeers
I think you are fantastic!!!!!!!! You have been through alot. I agree the damn dishes can wait the kids can't. I'm afraid I am stubborn as well. I was in a motorcycle wreck and had a head injury. I woke up a week after I went out and was 10 years older than the night I left. My head swelled so much the skin stretched out I had a cast on my leg sooo I took tin snips and side cutters and cut it off after 2 weeks. I went outside, climbed a tree and said time to find another job.
My mom lost my dad young and it was hard for her as well. I admire all you have done sweetie, you are remarkable.
