Hi all, I am a single mom from Los Angeles, CA. I'm a hairstylist and aspiring writer and inventor. I am seeking a healthier lifestyle. I'm overweight, don't get enough sleep, don't drink enough water... And I feel like crap.

Sounds bad I know, but despite it all I am a pretty happy person. I just know that I have a lot of work to do.
