I'm 46, married with 2 grown children.  I've been overweight most my life and I am sick, sick, sick of it! I am very social, love to dance (although I shy away these days), love clothes (although I buy very little and like even less of what I buy) and I'm ready to change my life for the good. I love myself and my family enough to do this once and for all!
