It could be a number of things.  I would go to see your doctor and mention the fatique and the fact that you get enough sleep.  (S)He will probably order bloodwork done.   Sleep apnea was ruled out for me but I'm diabetic and anemic.  My anemia was so bad that when my Doc got the results back, she called me in and asked me, "what are you doing walking around"?  I was kind of "huh what do you mean?  I have to walk to get anywhere", until she explained that anyone else who had the counts for iron that I did, would be on IV in the hospital :-)  I take, through Doc's orders, a natural liquid iron suppliment called FloraVit which also has B12 and few other ingredients (no yeast, alcohol and it's gluten free).  That seems to help and it has boosted my Iron considerably.

Go see your Doc and see about options.

Hope that gives you some ideas :-)

maybe you need to go to a sleep study.  I went for a year where I only got 1 minute of sleep every night for 3 days in a row, then pass out, and continue that cycle over and over.  I had severe pain as well.  It was horror.  My legs would shoot out in spasms.  Of course no dr.'s believe I was getting such little sleep until I had the sleep study done.  Found out I have severe period limb movement disorder and restless leg syndrome.  I now take 3200 mgs of neurontin at night to help me sleep.  Sleeping pills do nothing for me at all.  I would ask your dr. to be referred to a sleeping clinic.  Good luck!

Well tiffany, I am new here and don't know how to find out your age, but I suffer same symptoms, I am 44 and am now being put on a Cpap machine, after a sleep study.  If you are a snorer, this might be an option of concern or maybe you need a complete blood work of all your hormones.  Could be thyroid, diabetes, or even pituitary problems.  good luck, and I hope you get to feeling better.  I  hope the machine helps me.  I would love a good night sleep.

Good Luck again tiff,  Hope this helps

As the others have said, it could be a number of things.  CFS (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome) could also be among one of the many things.  I'd have a total run up of blood work done.  I hope you find out what is causing this and get some relief soon.

Take care,
