I quit smoking, thanks to The Doctors, in early January. Right now I've left my OC home behind to be in Chicago & help my son who has testicular cancer. He will be OK, but it will take time & chemo & who knows what else... PLEASE TELL YOUR BOYS (AND MEN) TO CHECK THEIR BOYS!!!!!

Sounds great - where are you at on your weight loss journey?
