I was diagnosed with CKD and have cyst on both kidneys and renal cortex thinning, also those cyst have spread to

my liver and the radiologist read it as being neoplasm uncertain behavior, neither my nephroogist or primary doc has explained it to me. Is this ok or not good not good?
