I'm a registered nurse, 57 yrs. old, married, 3 biological sons, 3 step-sons and 1 step-daughter (yes, 7 altogether).  I am the grandmother of 3 grandsons, 2 granddaughters, and 2 step-grandsons (yes, 7 more).  I am a singer (not professional), but do take voice lessons.  I like all kinds of music but mostly country and pop and big-band era music and singers.  I hope to sing some opera this year.  That will be a challenge learning a foreign language.  I also practice healthy living and exercise in spite of age-acquired/inherited athritis.

I love riding with my husband on his motorcycle and spending my free time with him and my family.  I like playing sports (golf, rachet ball, volleyball) but my old body doesn't cooperate so well anymore to do these things, but I go along for the fun.  I love going to the movies and watching all the stupid reality talent shows on TV.  I love to watch Ruby, too!  I like drama movies, mysteries, some comedy.  I am not crazy about science fiction, but my husband loves it.  I enjoy the theatre and have unrealistic dreams that I will do that someday (okay to dream though, huh)?

Anyway, I love people and love having fun and having a couple of drinks every Thursday at the local bar and grill with my friends and playing Bunco with my girlfriends once a month.

Everything in moderation.  Right!
