I am a mother of 2, stepmom to 9, grandmother to 2 step grandmother to 28.  After suffering a horrendous back injury in 95 as a firefighter in NH, I became permanently disabled in 2010. Depression hit as we lost our home due to a bogus loan as well as my inability to work and a 3 yr waiting process to get my SSD.

During that depression and all the medications they have had me on, for back pain, depression and recent diagnosis of UC and fibromyalgia, the weight went up and up, 80 lbs up over 3 yrs. This is my chance to use the 17day diet and beat the odds and get back to my wedding to hubby weight in 2003 of 140 lbs. Not this 220 I am at now. I started the diet Feb 4th. Cannot do the exercise disc, but am doing other low impact stuff.   I need support and a push. If I had the income I would join the YMCA down the street, but we cannot afford that right now.
