About Me

Hello, my name is sandy, and I am 46.  I have always been over weight, but not to the extent as I am now.  I would lose a few pounds after gaining it.  While pregnant with my youngest son, I put on over 100 pounds.  I was on bed rest.  After that I went on a diet and was a fanatic about exercising and lost over 140lbs.  Ofcourse, that was over 20 years ago and I am now older and had 3 back surgeries.  Which that limits me to the exercising I can do.  I am on medication for the pain, between that and a sedintary lifestyle the pounds have krept back up.  Before starting the 17 day diet, my weight was 220.  It has been six days and I have lost 5 lbs.  I did order the exercise dvd and adjust the exercises so that I can do them.  I do have a bad time of day and that is the evening.  If you can think of anything that can help me that time of day, I would truly appreciate it.  Thank you for getting involved in this challenge and for all the topics you all cover on your show that I am too embarassed to ask anyone about.  You seem to cover it all!!  Thank you.
