I am a wife and mother.  I am also intelligent enough to know that in order to be the best I can be at both of those I have to be myself and have my me time.  I ride bikes, am working on moving my family more into green living (my daughter is only almost 3 but loves this idea because Handy Manny supports "living la vida verde"...hopefully I spelled that right.)  I am currently trying to get back into shape, I am hyper sensetive to hormones and so Mirena IUD wasn't a good fit for me...I gained 50 pounds.  In addition to that since my daughter was born I have had to have surgery on my right ankle to release nerves as a result of Tarsel Tunnel Syndrom, and now apparently have developed Bursitis (sp) in the same ankle so am trying to loose weight unable to eat the right foods and on limited mobility *laughs* I love my bike, it allows me to exercise in a way that isn't going to hurt my foot, has brought me and my husband even closer by getting out on weekends to ride, and lets us live a greener life since my daughter and I can take off on it to shop and such.  I love my life and am generally happy, the only real frustrations being my husband's depression and my daughter and my genetic disorder.  Over all though, I have a wonderful daughter, I am able to stay home and take care of her, focus on being a mother, focus on raising this wonderful child....how can life be bad when I get to do that?  Like everyone I have my down times, but generally I am a very up person...annoyingly so according to some *laughs* I have been accused of creating silver linings for every cloud life has sent my way.
