I got the book yesterday, along with the exercise DVD.   I feel very hopeful and love that the Drs. have this website available for everyone.   I cannot spend the rest of my life looking like this, or feeling like this -  no energy, hating the way I look in the mirror.  When spring comes this year, I want to feel renewed and at least able to wear a pretty blouse without feeling like I shouldn't be wearing it in public.
