I am 56 years old. I was a size 1 till I reached 45 years old. Then all of a sudden I got biger and bigger. Now there are two of me in this one body. I weigh 197.5 pounds. I weighed 99-105 all of my life till that age exsplosion. I diet and get to 180 and after a few months give up and pop right back to 195-205. I hate it. But I don't think there's anything I can do. I'm will to try this.
