I am delighted to join this group. About me: I'm a 58 year-old piano teacher who remains on the quest for self-improvement. Alas, I am an unsuccessful dieter who has gained and lost more pounds than you can imagine! But I keep hope alive (lol). I'm divorced with no biological children. I believe in a wholistic approach to health and life feeling that it is important to integrate spirituality (not religion) with good health practices. I have dated the same man for 7 years. My weight may be a factor in why he has not popped the question yet.
